Critical Success Factors
Private companies are afforded an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to local economy by assisting poor communities.
Unemployed youth will gain skills and be ready for the job market. This is also an opportunity for them to explore entrepreneurship in various fields.
Communities will benefit in that the project will add on the breadwinners and levels of unemployment will be reduced. Since practical training will be targeted within poor families in the communities, dignity will be restored.
Retail partners will have an opportunity to contribute towards social upliftment of local communities.
Embassies and foreign missions are afforded an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to local economy by assisting poor communities.
NGO’s, NPO’s and NPC’s can leverage on the best practice and duplicate elsewhere.
Government will realize its intention of reducing levels of unemployment and poverty.
